Kristine is the manager of our facility and she lives on the property with her husband. She is a friendly, helpful, and honest person with a good sense of humor. She works hard to serve our customers and ensure they are satisfied. Kristine started working at A Low Cost Self Storage on June 1, 2015 and she can help you determine the best unit size for your storage requirements. We offer free use of our trailer for move-in and move-out. We will drop the trailer off at your location where you can fill it, and then we will tow it back to our facility and park it by your unit so you can transfer your items into your storage unit. We sell locks, boxes, and other moving supplies for your convenience. We also sell low cost tenant insurance to protect your valuables.
Bill is the owner of the business, having purchased it in September of 2013. He has lived in the Houston area since 1985 and is a graduate of the University of Houston. He has had a successful career in manufacturing operations and has leveraged his operational expertise in the management of A Low Cost Self Storage. He strongly believes in running the business with integrity, truthfulness, and fairness. He realizes that satisfied customers are the key to success and strives to ensure that customer needs are met. He also sincerely appreciates the men and women who serve our country and community and offers discounts to the military (active and retired), police officers, firefighters, teachers, and the clergy.
