While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, the site manager) are granted access to personally identifiable information. When can I move in?

You must sign the rental agreement during normal office hours of 9am - 6pm Monday – Friday and 9am - 2pm on Saturday. You are then able to move your items into your storage unit anytime during standard gate access hours: 7am – 9pm, seven days a week (or 24/7 if you signed up for it).

We run the business with integrity, truthfulness, fairness and treat all of our customers with respect. How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Please ask our manager for assistance. He/she will ask you some questions about what you plan to store in order to determine the best size and type of storage that you need. You can also click on the following link: Unit Sizes and scroll to the bottom of the page for more information.

What size and type of storage units do you have available?

Please click on the following link: Unit Sizes and it will list all that we have on the property. For the price and availability of a specific unit size, please call the office at (281) 422-2445 or visit the property. You can also click on the Reserve or Rent Unit link or button but please call the office if you do not see the size you are looking for as units become available regularly.

Can I rent or reserve a unit on your website?

Yes, please click on the Reserve or Rent Unit link or button in order to rent or reserve a storage unit. Tenants move out on a regular basis so please call the office if you do not see the unit size you are looking for, one could become available any day. You will still need to come into the office to sign your rental agreement but you will have secured the unit and save a lot of time as you will have submitted your information on-line and it will be entered in our storage management software.

What kind of identification is required in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID card, or passport).

What are my actual move-in costs?

You pay the first month's rent (which is pro-rated for the remaining days of the month) and a one-time $10 administration fee.

Do you have any move-in specials?

We do from time-to-time, please call or visit the office to find out.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless you choose to pay in advance.

Do I need to have or purchase insurance to protect my items in storage?

We strongly recommend that you have insurance to protect your valuables as the storage facility is not responsible for loss or any damage to your items. Homeowner’s policies may provide coverage for your items stored but you need to check your specific policy. As a service to our customers, we have low cost tenant insurance available to protect your items.

Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time you sign your rental agreement, you will be given your own security gate code that will allow you access to your unit during standard gate access hours (or 24/7 if you signed up for it).

Do you sell boxes and moving supplies?

Yes. We sell locks, boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tape, rope, mattress bags, and dust covers. We also sell magnetic lights and moisture absorbers for your storage unit (if needed).

Do I need to bring my own lock?

You can bring your own lock at the time of move-in or you can purchase a lock from us. We require that all units on the property be locked at all times (unless you are loading/unloading items into it).

Do you have a hand truck/dolly available at your facility?

Yes. You are welcome to use our hand truck/dolly to move in.

Do you have a truck or trailer available?

We do not have a truck but we do have a 6’ x 12’ covered trailer available for move-ins and move-outs. Please contact the manager and fill out the corresponding form and try to schedule an available time. For move-ins a trailer can be dropped off at your home, apartment, or office where you can fill it with your items. When you have finished packing the trailer, contact the office and the trailer will be picked up and brought back to the storage facility and parked in front of your storage unit. You must follow the trailer back to the storage facility and empty the trailer as soon as possible as we do not want to block access for other tenants. For liability reasons, tenants are not able to tow the trailer themselves.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Hazardous or toxic materials, flammable liquids or gases, explosives, combustibles, perishables (food items) and any illegal substances (including marijuana in any form). Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, by mail, or online through our website (click on the Payments link or button). You may also sign up to have your rental payments automatically deducted monthly from your credit card, debit card, or checking account.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes we do, refer a new customer who rents a unit with us and you will receive $50 off of you next month’s rent. They must let us know that you referred them at the time they sign the rental agreement.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.

What must I do when I move out?

Provide 10-day advance notice, remove everything from your storage unit (do not leave any trash), leave the unit in broom-clean condition, remove your lock, and notify the manager that you have finished moving out.
